Sex Addiction test (SDI) and Post Traumatic Stress Index test (PTSI)

Realizing that you may have an addiction can be difficult: You want to learn more about your options, but you are also afraid to learn more about yourself. As a Certified Sex Addiction Therapist, I have access to these tests and specialized training in interpreting both the sex addiction test (SDI) and post traumatic stress index test (PTSI).

The Sexual Dependecy Inventory and Post Traumatic Stress Index are taken through Recovery Zone and are very comprehensive instruments developed by Patrick Carnes PhD.

It could take up to an hour to take either the Sexual Dependency Inventory or the Post Traumatic Stress Index and then I have to interpret the test and give you the results. There is a $180.00 fee associated with taking and interpreting either test and after fees are paid you will be sent a password to enter the Recovery Zone Site and take the test.

3. Click on PATIENT ACCESS
4. Find therapist’s name in dropdown menu (ignore the state locator if not in US)
5. Enter the password given by therapist
6. Take the assessment
